Our team has launched multiple electric Volkswagen models, redesigned model landing pages year-after-year, and created an endless amount of emails for an array of different audiences. Throughout the process, I’ve worked with a number of copywriters to bring the brand’s classic, witty tone of voice to every piece of copy we write.



ID. Buzz Launch


The classic VW bus is making its 2024 comeback as the all-electric ID. Buzz. And, our simple yet colorful campaign captured the spirit of the bus through a three-part launch across our CRM and digital channels. This wasn’t your ordinary email and .com messaging though. We included a downloadable goodie bag for VW enthusiasts to get them engaged and excited for the upcoming launch event. And, it did.

People all over Reddit and Twitter reposted our emails. You read that right…reposted emails. VW.com saw an 88% lift in traffic due to our communications. And the event transported attendees and online viewers to those classic Huntington Beach parties…sand and all.

We produced a series of emails to drive awareness and attendees to the activation event in Huntington Beach, CA. The pre-event emails revealed just a hint of the new ID.Buzz before the big day and got VW fans excited for the experience.



A series of downloadable GIPHY stickers, VW fans could share their excitement in more spaces, including across social media and text messages. And, digital wallpapers let fans show their VW love on their desktop, iPad, or phone.


Several clever, unignorable out of home placements were created to bring the classic VW ad vibe and spirit of the VW bus to the real world.

ID.4 Launch


At the start of 2020, our team was tasked with launching the all-new, all-electric ID.4…not knowing that we’d have to do it all during a global pandemic.

So, while the world was stuck in quarantine, we transformed our living rooms, kitchens, and childhood bedrooms into home-offices and got to work. Collaborating with clients over video calls and slack channels, our creative team came together to develop a completely digital campaign with a new end-to-end buying experience for the VW brand.

Leveraging comprehensive consumer intelligence from the automotive market, our specialists created targeted datasets to identify potential ID.4 reservations. This data facilitated effective campaigns, simplifying the switch to electric vehicles.


We introduced the ID.4 via a global live stream, guiding viewers to a digital showroom with a new configurator for reserving the ID.4 without visiting a dealership—a first for Volkswagen.


Our EV assessment tool provided personalized advice on transitioning to an electric vehicle based on location, commute, and current vehicle.


Our virtual tools and emails achieved 1.5 billion impressions, a 35% organic search traffic increase, and sold out all 1st edition models in under 8 hours. In the first week, 500+ Volkswagen dealerships secured ID.4 reservations, expanding reach to every state, including Hawaii.
